So here I should be doing Yuber arts for the Suikoden Club contest, or Albert for Kitsune's request. But nuuuuuuu... I went and did Caesar arts instead.

He's got that condescending Silverberg stare down pat. Just like his older brother.

Love the hesiation over 'sleepy'. My brother keeps telling me he looks stoned, but I come to poor Caesar's rescue with the defense that it must be narcolepsy. *nods matter-of-factly* Yep. Poor thing.
